How do I pay for the stay?
The booking is non-binding — you pay on arrival, by card or in cash. For some packages we may ask for a deposit in advance, which we always let you know about.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Just call us or reply to the confirmation e-mail.
Do you take wellness bookings without a stay?
Yes, you can book wellness and massages with us even without staying over, subject to availability. Select the relevant service in the form above.
